CANCELLATION POLICY

Emergencies happen, and we understand that not everything always goes according to plan. If you need to cancel your party, please let us know prior to the day of the event. If we are made aware of a cancellation at least one week in advance, you will receive a full refund of all you have paid. If we are made aware of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund of what you have paid. If we are made aware of a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund at all. If we are made aware of a cancellation within one hour or less of the event, we reserve the right to no longer serve you as a client.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I leave during the party?
No, we ask that the host remain at the party at all times. Our characters are there as entertainers, not caretakers, so any behavioral or medical issues remain your responsibility. 

Can a princess appear at my business/school/event?
We are always happy to make community appearances! Please contact us for rates.

What time should my
character arrive?

We recommend scheduling your character to arrive around 30 minutes into your party to allow time for all guests to arrive.

Where are you located?
We are based in Boone, North Carolina, but will travel to the surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply.

Should I tip my performer?
Some pleased parents may choose to tip the performer for a job well done. This is never required, but always appreciated. 

What if I need to cancel
my party?

Please refer to our cancellation policy above. We will do our best to reschedule your party. However, we cannot guarantee availability on your chosen rescheduled date. Should this occur, please contact us directly for an alternative.
